Gitchi Gummi - Ames Hurricanes Soccer Club

September 2013 - Some players from Ames Hurricanes, Des Moines Celtics and a few other individuals joined up with Gitchi Gummi from Duluth MN to form an over 50s team to play in the Ancient Rangers Tournament in Blaine, MN.

The tournament was a great success and Gitchi Gummi took the second place trophy.

Average age of the team was 55.29 years. There was a lot of hobbling going on after the weekend.
